YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In our project organization you are the engine that keeps an eye on all tasks and keeps the team running:
- Supporting stakeholders in the planning and tracking of projects
- Status and activity reporting
- Quality assurance of projects
- Organization and support of meetings or workshops
- Budget control in coordination with process participants
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
- Analytical and strategic skills, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of project management and accomplished use of project management tools
- Experience in controlling, and prior knowledge of project management standards and the quality assurance thereof
- Decision-making capability, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- The ability to summarise results and present them to stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Initiative and willingness to perform
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
