YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In our project organization you are the engine that keeps an eye on all tasks and keeps the team running:

  • Supporting stakeholders in the planning and tracking of projects
  • Status and activity reporting
  • Quality assurance of projects
  • Organization and support of meetings or workshops
  • Budget control in coordination with process participants

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Analytical and strategic skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of project management and accomplished use of project management tools
  • Experience in controlling, and prior knowledge of project management standards and the quality assurance thereof
  • Decision-making capability, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
  • The ability to summarise results and present them to stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Initiative and willingness to perform
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
